Old Business

1. Fire engine rally – Shot gun- was not so happy on amount received from gun raffle

2. We are cooking our own food for banquet

New Business

1. Metropolitan meeting moved to December 15 2010, 10am at local 268 hall on 1544 south 3^rd St. in St Louis Mo.

2. Lloyd has stickers from Ameren UE for generators

3. American Water has instituted an oversized meter with a special fee

4. Chris L. and Joe L. will be swapping jobs and numbers at Saline Valley

5. Barney- he lost his sponsor on legislation bill and are now looking for a new sponsor

6. ICC code meetings has changed final vote process- not sending changes to an advisory council

7. Prythne is not checking hood systems properly -- not changING links or using outdated links

Committee Reports 1. Meeting High Ridge Date December 16 –10am, then to banquet 11 am

2. Glen Nivens made a motion to audit the books – second Gene R. motions passes, committee personal are Joe Laplant, Tom Sagehorn and Dave Miller

1. ABC fire extinguisher company is not doing there inspections properly – discussion on service calls and there costs and cost of service calls

2. Fire Marshals Assoc. of Missouri seminar in August at Tan-Ta-Ra Resort, check website for dates

3. Elections for VP and Treasurer a. Gene Robertson for VP and Dave Miller for Treasurer b. Doug Allen motion to close nominations c. Both candidates were elected to the offices by a vote of the membership
