Call to Order: President Lloyd Montgomery called the meeting to order 0910 hours.

Old Business: Glenn Nivens, projector price is $ 849.00. Motion made by Jim Goebel to pay for projector, 2^nd by Jerry Cloin.

July 26^th, 2006 Fire Code Updates. 6 hour course. At the Elks Club. Have not figured seminar cost as of yet.

New Business: Lloyd Montgomery, We need to finish fee structure for the permits.

Jefferson County Building is staying with the 2003 code this year.

Glenn Nivens, Fire Prevention Grant will be available to our organization. We will need tax I.D number. Jerry Cloin, we need to research this more before we jump into this.

Glenn Nivens, we need committee to research fire prevention grant and find out what needs to be done. The following members are:

Glenn Nivens, County has past a new blasting ordinance.

Jerry Cloin, ICC Code books for package deal is about $443.00

Rita Swearingen, by April 1^st 2003 code books will raise in price.

Joe Rodriquez, receiving money from the Jefferson County Development Corporation. Persons must meet minimum income level qualifications.  up to $15,000 to rebuild, separate fund for sewer and tap on fee.

Lloyd Montgomery, Rock Community is considering the possibility of adopting speed humps and flex stakes.
